The restoration program included a structural repair and stabilization of an existing cellar floor slab on grade using a “mud jacking” technique. Work also included an entire architectural renovation of the cellar story, including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing work, and the introduction of interior stairwells and elevator cores, routing of new HVAC systems, new entry stairs and ramps, and rehabilitation of deteriorated structural elements. SUPERSTRUCTURES provided investigation, design, and construction administration services.
