This designated New York City Landmark, listed on the National Register of Historic Places, is a 3-story, limestone veneer building constructed in the 1930s. The restoration program encompassed analysis of existing mortar, 100% limestone pointing at all street facades and bulkheads, limestone dutchman repairs, and steel spandrel beam replacement and reinforcement. SUPERSTRUCTURES provided comprehensive investigation, design, and construction administration services.
