The exterior restoration program at this three-building campus complex included 17 Lexington Avenue; the Administrative Building,135 East 22nd Street; and Newman Hall,137 East 22nd Street. Work included removal and resetting of the limestone facade, brick re-pointing, roof replacement and parapet reconstruction. SUPERSTRUCTURES provided investigation, design, and construction administration and management services.
