This 6-story residential apartment building was constructed in the early 1900s. It features an ornate red brick and terra cotta facade. The project involved a sheet metal cornice restoration, brick and terra cotta repair and replacement, and roof replacement. SUPERSTRUCTURES provided investigation, design, and construction administration services.
