This 17-story building, constructed nearly 100 years ago, is clad in limestone, terra cotta and brick masonry over a structural steel frame. Work includes remediation of spalled limestone, terra cotta and brick masonry, cracked limestone, and loose pointing mortar, as well as a complete window replacement using structurally glazed casement units. The cornice design and reinstallation is particularly challenging. SUPERSTRUCTURES is providing investigation, design, and construction administration services.
