This municipal building was constructed in 1926. The restoration program encompasses facades and setbacks, including repair of cracked and spalled limestone masonry cladding, pointing, glass and glazing work, and coating of structural steel. The restoration will also address Local Law 11 related conditions identified during a previous Critical Examination performed by SUPERSTRUCTURES in compliance with NYC Local Laws 10 and 11/98. The firm is providing investigation and design services.
