A large scale restoration project of ten senior apartment buildings managed by the Progress of Peoples Development Corporation, the housing affiliate of Catholic Charities of Brooklyn and Queens. Catholic Charities maintains affordable housing for low income families, seniors and the formerly homeless. The work program entailed intensive facade masonry restorations, roof membrane removal and replacement, repointing, painting, and railing installations. SUPERSTRUCTURES provided investigation, design, and construction administration services. Owner: Progress of Peoples Development.
