Centennial Hall
Albany, NY

Located in downtown Albany, historic Centennial Hall is actually two connected structures - an 1898 Catholic school building and an adjoining 1860 convent. The buildings have been vacant for more than a decade; the roof and masonry walls showed signs of deterioration and were in need of restoration. SUPERSTRUCTURES' preservation architects, engineers, and materials conservators performed a comprehensive investigation, including probes, prepared contract documentation for a comprehensive exterior restoration, and provided construction administration services.
