Lincoln Hospital Parking Garage
Built in 1971, the structure exhibited deterioration common to a cast-in-place reinforce concrete parking facility. SUPERSTRUCTURES provided investigation, design, and contract documents for this five level, 260,000 square foot structure. The client choose to address all Priority I and Priority II restoration work including an Add Alternate coating system that will protect against further deterioration. SUPERSTRUCTURES had previously completed a Local Law 11/98 facade condition survey for the main hospital buildings.
