The MacIntyre Building, 874 Broadway

This 11-story cooperative apartment was built between 1890 -1892 and is located in the Ladies Mile Historic District. It features a brick, stone, and terra cotta masonry façade and clay tile roof. The program addresses the integrity of the building’s exterior walls and pitched roofs. SUPERSTRUCTURES provided investigation and design services, and construction. The restoration garnered the prestigious Lucy G. Moses Preservation Award from The New York Landmarks Conservancy.
