515 East 72nd Street is a 41-story residential apartment building constructed in the 1980s. The building's exterior consists of a dark brown brick veneer over a reinforced concrete structural frame. The project involved restoration of the cantilevered concrete balconies, exposed concrete eyebrows, two clock faces, and brick masonry located on the north and south façades of the 41st floor. SUPERSTRUCTURES provided investigation, design, and construction administration services.
