Asset Management

Asset Information Management (AIM) is “the process through which an owner monitors and maintains systems of constructed facilities, with the objective of providing the best possible service to users within the constraints of available resources.”

SUPERSTRUCTURES thrives on projects where the condition of a building or structure must be inventoried, and remediation accomplished at hundreds or thousands of discrete locations.

The key to this capability is our proprietary “AIM” system, comprising both hardware and software. We can mobilize multiple field teams equipped with “Toughpads” optimized for data collection that is accurate and consistent, relying on a common language that allows the various teams to work together seamlessly.

Massive quantities of collected information can be “sliced and diced” as the project demands. We can provide detailed advance estimates of restoration costs, allowing the client to verify that adequate funding is in place. The system is flexible enough to accommodate last minute changes in client priorities. Further, the system encourages methodical tracking of the progress of the work, so that payments to the contractor are consistent with the work actually completed.
